Located on a plateau 210 metres above sea level, it overlooks the vineyard garden designed by Spanish designer Fernando Caruncho. The farmhouse has a large courtyard accessed by two gates; to the south, a small door reveals a picturesque view of the gulf.

The vineyards and centuries-old olive trees create a breathtaking setting in which the Wine Resort offers accommodation in comfortable and finely furnished rooms. Three different spaces are available to guests: the Sala degli Archi, characterised by vaulted tuff ceilings; the Sala del Golfo, which offers a large panoramic window overlooking the Ionian Sea; and the large Corte Centrale, ideal for outdoor events in the sunnier seasons.
